Personalised chocolate heart party favours

Each favour is made with a single Belgian chocolate heart in your choice of foil colours.

I print each card with the name, age, message, date, then add a delicious chocolate foil covered heart onto your personalised favour cards.

Each party favour is then wrapped inside a cello bag, to make a lovely favour for your party guests and friends
